RepUpdate · UK showrooms, trade counters & mobile field teams · 1–15 reps
Sales gamification for small frontline teams
A clear target. A useful selling cue. A win the whole team can celebrate. RepUpdate has evolved from detailed sales battlecards into a focused manager-to-rep shift command tool for 1–15 reps. Managers steer the day; reps see the push items and claim wins; managers approve before the team count and celebration change.
One mission and one shared target
Set a daily shift mission and unit target in the manager console. Every approved unit from the current UK business day moves the team progress bar. Pending or rejected claims do not count, and yesterday’s approved units do not inflate today’s progress.
Compact cues instead of battlecard dossiers
Each published push item has a photo, title, price or clearance tag and one manager-written Killer Cue. The active rep experience has no four-part battlecard tabs, barcode tools, global search or catalogue browsing. Give the team the point that matters for today’s conversation.
Approve the contribution before celebrating
Reps submit a one-unit claim with their name and an optional what-worked tip. You review the pending sale and tip, then use Approve & Broadcast to confirm both together. Approved wins and peer advice appear on the connected team’s notification bar.
Recognition without the pressure game
Celebrate category contributions such as Clearance Hero, Add-on Champ and Priority Closer without bottom-ranked leaderboards. Stay connected across a busy showroom or on the road through short shift updates—not location tracking, workforce surveillance or a CRM integration.
The Shift Loop · direction becomes momentum
Start with direction.
Keep the good ideas moving.
The morning meeting sets the tone. The connection lasts all day—across the showroom, the counter and the road.
09:00 AM
Set the mission
Choose 3–5 push items. Set a unit target and write one Killer Cue per item.
Manager → team
Today: lead with the display suite. Show the finish. Offer the approved add-on.
01:15 PM
Capture the breakthrough
A rep closes a tough deal, on the floor or on the road. They log a win and an optional one-sentence tip.
Rep → manager · pending
Amy: showing the finish sample helped them picture it in their room.
01:18 PM
Celebrate. Share. Repeat.
Review the sale and tip, then Approve & Broadcast with one tap. Connected reps see the win and what worked.
Manager-approved → whole team
Nice work, Amy. One win recognised. One useful idea for everyone’s next conversation.
Illustrative shift, not real sales. Approval confirms the sale and optional tip together. Live updates need a connection; published product cues remain available offline.
Before you choose
Is RepUpdate still detailed battlecard software?
No. The current experience centres on a daily mission, approved-unit target, compact push items and one selling cue per item. It does not offer the old multi-tab battlecard experience, competitor research or deep product dossiers in the active rep view.
Does it replace retail training or a sales CRM?
No. It supports shift direction and positive recognition. It is not a course platform, employee certification system, CRM, pipeline tracker, point-of-sale system or stock feed. Progress reflects manager-approved claims, not an automatically reconciled sales ledger.
Can I see the manager-to-rep loop before signing up?
Yes. The homepage has a guided side-by-side simulation: change an announcement, adjust the target and approve Amy’s sample win to see the phone react. Products, prices and wins are labelled examples; actions stay local and never write to a real team.
