Terms of service
Terms for business use of RepUpdate by UK showrooms, trade counters and mobile field teams. RepUpdate is self-serve sales-priority and recognition software, not a managed inventory service.
1. Business use and your agreement
You must be authorised to act for your business and at least 18 to open a manager account. Your business is responsible for its managers, shared devices and team access. These terms govern use of RepUpdate; any separately agreed written order sets the paid subscription details.
The legal contracting party and correspondence details must be identified in that order before a paid contract is concluded. No paid contract arises merely by choosing a plan in workspace setup.
2. Plans and billing
| Plan | Quarterly | Annual |
|---|---|---|
| Small Showroom | £449 | £1,490 |
| Growth Showroom | £890 | £2,890 |
Small Showroom covers up to 5 reps and 35 active priority products. Growth Showroom covers up to 15 reps and unlimited priority products. Both use the focused mission, team-target, selling-cue and approved-win workflow. Annual prices are for a full year, not monthly instalments. Custom scope and pricing require a separate written agreement.
Online payment collection is not enabled. Plan selection does not charge a card or start automatic billing. Before any payment, we will confirm the subscription start and end dates, amount due, payment method, VAT treatment and any renewal arrangement in writing. No additional fee applies unless expressly disclosed and agreed before purchase. The software tiers do not include manual catalogue work, a 24-hour setup commitment or a service guarantee.
3. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
There is no automatic renewal unless you expressly agree to it in writing. Without an agreed renewal, a paid subscription ends at the end of its purchased quarter or year. An agreed automatic renewal must state the renewal date and amount before it begins.
To cancel or stop renewal, email support@skucard.com from your manager account email, identifying your company. Send the request before the next subscription period starts; no 30-day notice period is required. We will confirm the end date in writing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the already paid period unless you request earlier closure.
Unused time in a paid quarter or year is not normally refunded for a change of mind. This does not limit remedies for breach of contract or any refund or other right required by law. If no paid agreement exists, you can stop using the service and request account closure without a subscription charge. Ask for any product export you need before access ends; cancellation is not an automatic deletion request.
Changes to prices or material subscription terms will be disclosed before your next renewal. They will not change the price of a period you have already paid for.
4. Accounts, team PINs and acceptable use
Keep manager sign-in details private, share the team PIN only with authorised colleagues and change it when access should end. A PIN change blocks further online access using the old session; disconnected cards may remain available for the documented offline window of up to 24 hours.
Do not use RepUpdate unlawfully, upload content you have no right to use, attempt to access another workspace, bypass plan limits, distribute malware or interfere with the service. You must have permission to upload supplier material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security risk or a legal obligation, and will explain where lawful and practicable.
5. Your content and AI review
You set the daily mission, unit target and selling cues. Reps supply names and optional tips with win claims; managers review and approve the sale and tip together before they count towards team progress or appear in broadcasts. These are manager-approved reports, not independently verified identities or transactions. RepUpdate does not reconcile till sales, change stock, track locations or guarantee sales or motivation outcomes.
You retain your rights in uploaded content and grant us permission to process it to deliver the service, including AI translation and workspace audits. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of specifications, prices, warranties, availability and booster pairings.
AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Check every draft against supplier information before approval; approved cards are not independent verification by RepUpdate. Sample products and demo commercial terms are illustrative, not live supplier offers. Copilot guidance is not legal, financial or professional advice, and loss calculators are estimates, not evidence of sales or guaranteed returns.
6. Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI output or a particular sales outcome. Planned maintenance, network conditions and third-party services may affect availability. Offline access depends on a valid locally saved set of published products and the device; it is not a permanent backup.
For support, billing or cancellation, contact support@skucard.com. No guaranteed response time or service-level agreement is included unless separately agreed.
7. Privacy and data handling
Our privacy notice describes personal information, browser storage, AI processing and privacy rights. Do not upload sensitive personal data. Where your business needs us to process personal data on its behalf, agree appropriate processor terms before doing so.
You can request account closure or data access/export by email. Requests are reviewed against legal obligations, security requirements and the applicable provider backup arrangements; immediate deletion from all backups is not promised.
8. Responsibility and disputes
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No additional liability cap is implied by the subscription price.
Contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without overriding any mandatory rights that apply.
