Showroom sales enablement for small teams

Keep the whole shift moving in the same direction, even when you cannot stand beside every rep. RepUpdate gives UK showroom and trade-counter managers a daily mission, a shared unit target and a compact set of push items—with one manager-written Killer Cue each. Confirm the wins that come back and share what worked with the team.

Set direction beyond the morning meeting

Write today’s mission and choose a numerical team target. All approved units sold on the current UK business day count towards that shared target—not just one highlighted product. Send short announcements when priorities change.

Give each push item one clear cue

Publish the products you want reps to focus on: photo, name, supplied price, Focus or Clearance status and one concise selling cue. Reps see your selected products immediately, without catalogue search, scanning or deep specification tabs. You remain responsible for prices and product claims.

Turn a claimed sale into shared momentum

A rep taps the product, enters their name and optionally adds a one-sentence what-worked tip. The claim stays pending until you review it. Approve & Broadcast confirms the sale and optional tip together, moves the target count and shares the celebration.

Keep familiar tools in place

RepUpdate is a lightweight direction and recognition layer, not a CRM, till, inventory system or showroom CAD tool. It does not verify transactions, update stock, forecast revenue or track rep locations. Connected phones receive shift updates; offline products cannot receive live broadcasts.

The Shift Loop · direction becomes momentum

Start with direction.
Keep the good ideas moving.

The morning meeting sets the tone. The connection lasts all day—across the showroom, the counter and the road.

  1. 09:00 AM

    Set the mission

Choose 3–5 push items. Set a unit target and write one Killer Cue per item.

    Manager → team

Today: lead with the display suite. Show the finish. Offer the approved add-on.

  2. 01:15 PM

    Capture the breakthrough

A rep closes a tough deal, on the floor or on the road. They log a win and an optional one-sentence tip.

    Rep → manager · pending

Amy: showing the finish sample helped them picture it in their room.

  3. 01:18 PM

    Celebrate. Share. Repeat.

Review the sale and tip, then Approve & Broadcast with one tap. Connected reps see the win and what worked.

    Manager-approved → whole team

Nice work, Amy. One win recognised. One useful idea for everyone’s next conversation.

Illustrative shift, not real sales. Approval confirms the sale and optional tip together. Live updates need a connection; published product cues remain available offline.

Before you choose

Is this suitable for an independent showroom?

Small Showroom covers 1–5 reps and up to 35 active priority products. Growth Showroom covers 6–15 reps and unlimited priority products. Both use the same focused mission, cue and approved-win workflow with flat team pricing.

Can my team use it when Wi-Fi drops?

Reps use a shared four-digit PIN, without individual accounts. Previously saved published products remain available within a valid PIN-session window of up to 24 hours. First access, target updates, broadcasts and submitting wins need a connection.

Does recognition create a performance leaderboard?

RepUpdate celebrates approved contributions with positive category kudos such as Clearance Hero and Priority Closer. There are no punitive bottom rankings. Names on claims are supplied by reps; manager approval is not independent identity or transaction verification.

Flat pricing for the whole team

Small Showroom: £449/quarter or £1,490/year. Growth Showroom: £890/quarter or £2,890/year. No per-seat charges or manual-service package.
